Wilderness Solo’s - Do you want to have support in taking a solo night in nature to heal, set intentions and hold ceremony for a new beginning? This includes a private camping spot and guide to support your journey.
Rewilding- An opportunity to deepen your relationship with nature and Mother Gaia. Learn how to make simple herbal remedies to support your healing: Incense, flower essences, and herbal bathing rituals. Receive bodywork and acupuncture to support your digestive and reproductive system function. A deep reset for your nervous system by supporting vagal nerve tone and parasympathetic function (rest and repose) . Sauna and river time, earthing, fire ritual with songs, clearing (plants and smoke), cleansing through plant bathing and nutrition, reclaiming health and vitality. A break from electronics. Will include a notebook to take home to anchor self care practices you have learned.
